Welcome to NOVACRED RegtechAPI (“RegtechAPI”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our APIs, developer interface, website, dashboards, documentation, and related systems (collectively, the “RegtechAPI”).
By accessing or using the RegtechAPI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the RegtechAPI.
By signing up, connecting to, integrating, or otherwise using the RegtechAPI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Novacred Private Limited.

RegtechAPI Systems are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novacred Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Total liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 (One Thousand).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novacred Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the RegtechAPI Systems or violation of these Terms.
Novacred Private Limited may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra.
Novacred reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated policies will be published on the Novacred website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
