Welcome to Oneregtech Solution Private Limited, DCBOYZ (“DOCBOYZ”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our APIs, developer interface, website, dashboards, documentation, and related systems (collectively, the “Docboyz”).

By accessing or using the Docboyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Docboyz.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, connecting to, integrating, or otherwise using the Docboyz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Oneregtech Solution Private Limited.

2. Eligibility & Access

• Authorization: Access is granted only to users and organizations with valid credentials (API keys or login details) issued by Docboyz.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion, with or without notice.

3. Permitted Use

• Purpose: Use of Docboyz is permitted only for authorized business purposes.
• Compliance: Use must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Use

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, sell, sublicense, or exploit the Docboyz Systems.
• Upload, publish, share, or disseminate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or offensive content.
• Send unsolicited communications, spam, malware, or manipulate system behavior.
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. User Data & Privacy

• User Authority: You warrant that you have lawful rights to submit and process all data provided.
• Data Use: All data will be handled in accordance with the Docboyz Privacy Policy.
• Retention & Access: You are solely responsible for the integrity and legality of your data.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Docboyz Systems belong to Docboyz or its licensors.
• License: A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted solely for permitted use.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works beyond authorized use.

7. Disclaimers

Docboyz Systems are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for specific purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oneregtech Solution Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Total liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 (One Thousand).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oneregtech Solution Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Docboyz Systems or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Oneregtech Solution Private Limited may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

Oneregtech Solution Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated policies will be published on the Oneregtech website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
