1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We ship nationwide within India through our own and trusted logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–7 business days
- Other regions: 5–10 business days

or natural events. We will make every effort to keep you informed of delays.
1.3 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.
- Free shipping may apply on orders above a minimum order value, as promoted on the website.
1.4 Dispatch Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Estimated delivery date
Please use this information to track your shipment with the logistics partner.
1.5 Transit Damage or Lost Packages

If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact our support team
within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We will investigate the issue and assist with a replacement or refund
as per the Exchange Policy below.
2. Exchange Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase.
Eligible exchanges can be made under the following conditions.
2.1 Exchange Eligibility
Products may be exchanged only if all conditions are met:
- Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with
all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
2.2 Products Not Eligible for Exchange
For hygiene, safety, or perishable reasons, the following items are
non-exchangeable unless defective:
- Pet food, treats, and supplements
- Grooming consumables
- Custom-made products
- Items marked “non-exchangeable” on the product page
2.3 Exchange Process
- Contact our support team at support@tomiandfuree.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for exchange.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped.
2.4 Additional Exchange Guidelines
- If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
- If the replacement item is of lower value, a refund or store credit may be issued.
2.5 Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange
is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
