Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs cancellations and refunds for subscriptions,
usage plans, or other paid services offered by Novacred Private Limited
(“TomiandFuree”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through the TomiandFuree (“Services”).
By purchasing or using any paid Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by User

You may cancel your subscription by sending a written cancellation request to
support@tomiandfuree.in.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

After cancellation, access to the Services will continue until the end of the paid period,
unless otherwise specified.
1.2 Auto-Renewal

If your subscription is set to auto-renew, you must notify
support@tomiandfuree.in prior to the next renewal date to prevent further billing.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 General Rule
Except as expressly stated below, all subscription fees and payments are
non-refundable, including renewals, unused periods, or voluntary cancellations.
This is because the Services are delivered immediately and continuously upon payment.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: Identical payments received for the same subscription or service.
- Billing Errors: Confirmed technical or billing errors attributable to Novacred.
2.3 No Refunds For
- Partial use of Services or unused subscription periods.
- Dissatisfaction with the Services after use.
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
- Subscription downgrades or plan changes during a paid period.
3. Cancellation by Novacred

Novacred reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services
for violations of terms or misuse.

If termination occurs due to breach of the Terms of Use, no refund will be issued.

Where applicable, Novacred may, at its sole discretion, issue partial refunds for
cancellations initiated by Novacred, calculated on a prorated basis.
4. Method & Timing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
- Refund timelines may vary based on payment provider policies.
5. Amendments to this Policy
Novacred reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.
Revised policies will be published on the Novacred website with an updated
“Last Updated” date.
The updated Policy will apply to all customers, including existing and previous users.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
